White blood cells destroy germs as soon as they detect hem in your body. If the infection keeps fighting back white cells called B & T are more powerful and are able to get rid of the infection. Antibodies are a special protein made by B cells. It connects to a virus to stop it from replicating and helps other blood cells to destroy the virus.
